But my fingers hurt!

If any of you have seen me within the last week you probably noticed a slight retardation of my right shoulder. It has of late been painful to lift above about 45 degrees. It probably has something to do with the fact that I am training 5 days a week for three weeks now. Or it might have something to do with the stroke. Either way it is comforting to experience what it is like to lift my arm without wencing in utter pain. Well i need to change to go to LVAC. Now my backs gonna hurt!

Cells currently dividing

It comes a time in human life when you given news that makes you happy to be a part of life itself. We were told today by our close friends Lisa and Ryan Dalton (DALTON) that they are expecting. It is still very very early in the pregnancy but this is something that could not have happened to a pair of more sincerly dedicated people that I know of. It will bring us great pleasure as onlookers to this event since we can rest assured that the child will be blessed with Loving, Respecting, genuinely Joyful parents. It is rare that something happens to other people and you can sit back and be so honestly happy for them but this is something that we have been hoping and praying would be a part of their lives for quite some time now. On a side note this will now create a tremendous amount of the awkward "hey Craig why don't we have a kid now" moments. Thanks

Hookah Lounge Progress

So as I sit here typing in my soon to be complete Hookah Lounge there is a slight excitement in the air. Right now we have a few things checked off the list for our Lounge. We have the room painted a sort of light greenish (its called Tundra). We have our Love sacs (which are not as fluffy as advertised but I am working on that). We have one side of the rooms bookcases up we are just waiting for the other to be built. Whats left on the checklist:

1) T.V. to be mounted on the wall for movies and what not
2) A Hookah table. If you have been to any hookah lounge you see that they have nice round tables that light up the bottom of the Hookah and are big enough to set drinks on as well.

3) Speakers for previously mentioned T.V.
4) The know how to hook up the T.V. to the PC and use the infinite availability of the internet to provide movies and shows. Any geeks out there up to the challenge?

5) Schedule a Poker Party so that the house can be seen by all and this Hookah Lounge can be partaken of.

Is there any more beautiful word out there? So I watched College games this weekend but this Thursday is day 1 starting with the Super Bowl defending Champs Pittsburgh Steelers. But no Ben Rothlesburger since he cheated death yet once again and had his Appendix removed. Oh and for those of you who partook in the Poker Tourney festivities my tapeworm has yet to let go.
