Its going to be a long day!

Tomorrow I venture off into the world of mangement responsibilty. I will be attending a seminar on Harrasment Training. Although the name would imply that I will be going to a seminar that will only fine tune my ability to harass the shit out of people yet it is going to be about how to prevent harassment. Does anyone know when the trend began that employers must abide by some moral law that requires them to treat their employees with such an extreme amount of coddling? I remember working when I was younger and being treated like a piece of shit and I took it since i wanted a job and ergo money. Not only does this meeting seem to to reek of shaping those in charge into a robotic state of compliance and eggshell walking it requires me to leave Vegas at 9:40 in the A.M. and returning at the ripe time of 10:20 in the P to the M. I believe I could really use a Rusty Trombone right about now.
